Detroit baby, studied geophysics at Eastern Michigan University as a 20 something, moved to Portland Oregon and did post-bacc studies in philosophy, moved to Ohio to study philosophy at Kent State University, lived in Alaska for a summer and landed in Philadelphia where I'm officed-up.

I just keep hoping that whomever is appointed will become shockingly more liberal than anyone expected before the fact. It's been known to happen.
I just hope whomever is appointed will be more liberal in practice than anyone expected. It's happened before.
