Detroit baby, studied geophysics at Eastern Michigan University as a 20 something, moved to Portland Oregon and did post-bacc studies in philosophy, moved to Ohio to study philosophy at Kent State University, lived in Alaska for a summer and landed in Philadelphia where I'm officed-up.

Seems that way to me...
Part of the problem is when you have a mayor who is only concerned about how he looks in the public eye, he pushes off the blame and does nothing. The mayor sucks and has since day one. Drove this city into the freaking ground!
