Gordon Parks
An inspiration, a thoughtful and reflective man, a talent beyond words died yesterday. If you know Shaft, you know a bit about Mr. Parks. He truly was so much more. An author, a speaker, a revolutionary, an artist. He will be missed.

I didn't know the name but I knew his work. Very sad to lose a man of his talent and wit.
